  Debbie Nicoll was the listing agent for a house we closed on. It all started with her promising the landscaping would be done on the house at her cost. It was never done. When we closed on the house on Friday, we were not allowed to move in to the house until the following Monday. She refused to allow us to sign a release of liability so that we could move our belongings in to the house until the house was recorded. This cost us approximately $800. The appliances all had transferrable warranties, but she refused to ask the seller to sign the document to transfer the EXISTING warranty, also now costing us several hundred dollars. She was rude and provided nothing but trouble. If I were you, I would avoid them. If you are buying a property through them, you are in for a rough ride. -Hunter Ashmore
